We have made it to the end of 2023, and we are long overdue for a thank you to all of you. Although I try my best to thank each and every person I interact with, whether you are an existing client, a potential client or even just someone asking some questions about photography. But it can’t hurt to say it again. Thank you!
This is a small family business, or should I say business family. It takes our entire family to make this business work, from watching kids to helping on photo shoots, the entire family is involved in their own way. And to all of you, you are part of our family. We do our best to build a relationship with all of our clients, and many of you have become friends and our kids have even become friends. When you join our family and support our business you are not just another transaction or sale, you are a face and a name and a part of our family that we plan to see and get to know over the years. We have enjoyed the last 12 years of expanding our family and watching your families grow, it is part of what makes this so enjoyable to do.
We hope that all of you have felt the love and appreciation from us whether you’ve been photographed once this year or 10 times! For those of you who are new to our family, welcome! And we hope that you’ll return the next time you need photos taken of any kind! For those of you who are back again this year, we hope that you’ve continued to have good experiences with us, and we hope that you can see the growth and improvement we have invested into our business year after year. As an artist, I am always looking to improve on my craft and find new or better ways to capture the beauty of people and our earth. And as a business we are always looking to improve how we run our business and how to offer our clients the most for their money in a time where everything simply is getting more expensive!
We believe a family should communicate openly and honestly. And if you’ve ever asked for detailed information about a session, you’ll know I can be long-winded on explaining things or answering questions. But that’s because I would rather provide someone with all of the information I can so they can make an educated decision, and leave no guessing or confusion on my client’s end! With that, we hope for open communication back to us as well, always. Did you dislike something during a session, were you unhappy with a location we suggested, did you not like how your photos were edited? Or maybe you were surprised with how much you liked your photos, maybe we unexpectedly got some great shots from what felt like a difficult session. We want to hear from you good, bad and ugly.
So thank you for all of your business and support, we would not be where we are today without every one of you. It has been such a pleasure working with all of you, and watching you begin new chapters of your lives, and watching your families and kids grow! We are excited for 2024, and hope to see you all again soon!!
