Who We Are.
Stephanie Sunker is an experienced Marketer with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. She is skilled in Traditional Marketing, Outbound Marketing, Inbound Marketing and Digital Marketing. She has been in Marketing since she started work in retail in 1996 at her first job. “I am a firm believer that everyone is a marketer as much as a sales person. The driving factor is being passionate, motivated and understanding your product and your clear message.”
Life during lockdown was different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be scary for business owners. I can help you with a Marketing Plan for the remainder of your 2021 based on your needs. Large corporations have the resources to hire devoted marketing professionals, conduct tests with potential customers, and trumpet their message on multiple mass media outlets. But as a small business, you’ll need to be more creative and selective with how you connect with your market.
We would start with a quick Marketing SWOT analysis. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats and is a technique for assessing these four aspects of your business. This gives us a guide to what is necessary for a Marketing plan in your current state. This can be as formal or informal as you like and should take 5-15 minutes to fill out. Once this is captured, the suggested Marketing Plan can be built and presented to you.
Your Marketing Plan can be as simple or detailed as you need it to be. You may need a social media strategy. Perhaps a direct mail strategy for retention but an Adwords campaign for acquisition. You may need help in choosing text providers, website hosts, email hosts or even Customer Retention Management systems. We won’t know until we review your SWOT analysis together.
“I want to work with those committed to excellence and motivated to be better than you were yesterday. I serve the role to guide and motivate, but the business owner(s) and leaders are the driving force to making a difference in implementing the chosen plan.”
